Terms & Conditions

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the day it was delivered. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it and in it's original packaging. Sale items cannot be returned. Proof of purchase will also need to be provided.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from initial purchase are nonrefundable.

Refunds

Once your item has been returned to us, we will inspect it's condition and notify you immediately on the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

Acceptance of exchanges is dependent on the nature of the situation and the condition of the item. If you are wanting an exchange of an item, please send an email to nzequestre@gmail.com and we'll endeavour to find a solution for you.

Sale Items

*Prices as marked. Available for limited time only. Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping

We use New Zealand Couriers as our chosen way of delivery. Every order will be emailed their tracking number upon pick up. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery **Current Covid-19 climate has resulted in delays**. If you're package has not arrived after 5 days, please contact us so we can follow up on the status of your order.

Orders placed after 3pm Friday will not be processed until Monday due to New Zealand Couriers not operating over the weekend.

Rural properties please expect an extra day for delivery.
